Return Policy

At Sentinel Stealth, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns process in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and inserts are included

  • The product has not been installed, activated, or paired

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not as described

  • Does not function as intended

In these cases, Sentinel Stealth will cover return shipping costs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For security and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that show signs of installation, use, or activation

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorised modification


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or video (if the item is faulty or damaged)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed


Warranty

Sentinel Stealth products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised alterations.
