What is Sentinel Stealth?
Sentinel Stealth is an Australian-founded vehicle security brand focused on discreet, non-invasive tracking solutions. Our products are designed to integrate seamlessly into everyday vehicle use while providing peace of mind without subscriptions or ongoing fees.

Product & Technology

What is the TrackMy Car 12V Charger?
TrackMy Car is a discreet 12V fast charger that also functions as a GPS tracking device. It appears and operates like a normal car charger while allowing you to monitor your vehicle’s location through Apple’s Find My network.

Does the device look like a tracker?
No. The TrackMy Car device is intentionally unbranded and designed to look like a standard 12V charger. Discretion is a core part of the product design.

Does it require a subscription?
No. There are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no contracts.

Does it need charging or battery replacement?
No. The device draws power directly from your vehicle’s 12V socket. There are no internal batteries to replace or recharge.

Will this void my vehicle warranty?
No. TrackMy Car is non-invasive and plugs into the 12V socket like any standard charger. It does not interfere with your vehicle’s electronics or wiring.

Why not just use an AirTag?
TrackMy 12v Car Charger is designed specifically for vehicles, whereas AirTag is made to track personal items. It plugs directly into your car’s 12V socket so there are no batteries to replace, looks like a normal charger for added discretion, No AirTag-style alerts – unlikely to be detected, Does NOT emit any noise or have distinctive markings to make it known its a GPS Tracker.


Compatibility & Setup

Is TrackMy Car compatible with my vehicle?
TrackMy Car is compatible with most vehicles that have a standard 12V socket (cigarette lighter port), including cars, SUVs, vans, and utes.

Is it compatible with Android devices?
TrackMy Car uses Apple’s Find My network and currently requires an Apple ID and an iPhone, iPad, or Mac to set up and track the device.

How do I set it up?
Setup is quick and simple:

  1. Plug the device into your vehicle’s 12V socket

  2. Open the Find My app on your Apple device

  3. Add the device following the on-screen instructions

Privacy & Security

Can someone else track my vehicle?
No. Only the Apple ID used during setup can access the device’s location. Tracking data is encrypted through Apple’s Find My network.

Does Sentinel Stealth have access to my location data?
No. Sentinel Stealth does not collect, store, or have access to any location data.

Will it Notify people in my car with the tracking alerts?
No. Our product will not notify anyone except you when you are away from your vehicle.* 


Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Will you sell in person at Events and Expos?
Once we are established and have the online business operating smoothly we will aim to be at as many events as possible to provide On the spot sales to customers.


Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition. Full details are available on our Returns & Refunds page.

What if my product is faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Does the product include a warranty?
Yes. All Sentinel Stealth products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects under normal use.
